• Exit I-17 heading North
• Exit at Happy Valley Road and turn right (East).
• Turn left (North) onto Norterra Parkway
• Turn right (South) at N. Valley Parkway
• Turn left (East) at N. Copperhead Trail
• Turn left (North) on Mel Vern Trail and follow the signs to the Norterra Community Center.
• The sales office is located inside the Community Center on the top floor.
