To make the home buying process simpler and more enjoyable, Del Webb solicits general information regarding your home buying needs and preferences. Many consumers have expressed interest in receiving appropriate offerings of home-related products and services that may be useful to them. Del Webb will, from time to time, disclose the general information you provide to select companies that can provide you with information about such products and services. Information you provide in connection with a Del Webb sweepstakes, contest or other special promotion will be treated similarly, unless otherwise noted in the rules and/or disclaimers for that promotion.

Former Customers
After you are no longer an active Del Webb or Del Webb Mortgage LLC/Del Webb Home Finance customer, Del Webb and/or Del Webb Mortgage LLC/Del Webb Home Finance will continue to treat information you have provided as if you were still a customer.
Effectiveness of Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy applies only to individual consumers. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 10, 2005.
