Each Fireside community center has been carefully designed to complement the surrounding area and enhance the lifestyles of the future residents.
Construction of the 16,500 square foot community center at Norterra is progressing at a steady pace and is expected to open in early 2007.
From a distance, you will notice the striking architecture and instantly recognize that the building has taken the community center design to an entirely new level.
The impressive building is enveloped in native desert landscape and a tranquil water feature greets visitors. Nestled at the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, the building is designed to take full advantage of the neighboring and distant mountain views. When you are ready to take your fitness routine outdoors; hit one of the heart-pumping hiking/biking trails that weaves throughout the community and into the mountain preserve.
Inside the community center, you'll find everything you need to get fit, connect with friends & family, relax or simply luxuriate. The community Center features a spa, extensive fitness options, a rock climbing wall and a number or social areas.
